Atif Aslam is all set to make his acting debut opposite Hania Aamir in upcoming drama serial Sang-e-Mah. The drama is a sequel of Sang-e-Mar Mar which was one of the block-buster dramas of Hum Tv and had Nauman Ejaz, Mikaal Zulfiqar, Omair Rana, Sania Saeed and Kubra Khan in lead roles.

The director of the drama has confirmed that the sequel of Sang-e-Mar Mar is in the making and will have the same cast featuring Nauman Ijaz, Sania Saeed and Kubra Khan along with a few new names.

Sang-e-Mar Mar is a trilogy, with Sang-e-Mah and Sang-e- Siyah. Saife Hassan shared that Sang-e-Siyah will also be adapted into a drama after the sequel. Sang-e-Mar Mar revolved around a pathan family in Swat and shed light on some very important issues such as taking banking interest (Ribba ) and how it affects our lives in the long run.

Atif Aslam has been tight-lipped about this project however, Nauman Ijaz revealed in a video saying that he has been shooting with tif Aslam, Zaviyar, Sania Saeed, Samiya Mumtaz, Kubra Khan and Hania Aamirwhich was somehow a very clear hint to the fans that Atif Aslam is all set to make his acting debut.
